 Churros Recipe Ingredients400g plain flour1 tsp bicarbonate of sodapinch of salt400ml boiling watervegetable oil for frying
caster sugar for dusting
 Method:
Sift the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda into a bowl. Make a well in the centre, add the water and whisk hard to form a smooth batter. Let this rest for 1 hour. Heat the oil until a piece of bread sizzles when you drop it in. Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze down into the oil, cutting off after each 3 inches of batter. Fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and roll the churros in caster sugar. Serve & enjoy!
