The safety of you, our guests, and our team are always our main priority, however never more so than in these times. During the pandemic, we have enhanced our safety measures and we are certified by The National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as complying with Covid-19 Industry Standards in our practices (see our certification here).
If you are unable to visit as planned due to national or local Covid-19 restrictions we will be happy to rearrange your existing booking (subject to availability) or organise a refund. Important changes in support of strict COVID safe housekeeping and daily room servicing practices are in place. These changes ensure guest rooms are subject to extensive COVID cleaning before your arrival. From the moment you enter your room, up until the day you check out, no member of our hotel team is permitted to enter your room. This new rule within hospitality is becoming an industry-standard safety measure and is in place for complete COVID safety. COVID safe room servicing is a time-intensive process, however, a request to service your room during your stay can be organised if necessary. Our friendly and helpful team would oversee and authorise this upon request.
