If you're looking for a friendly restaurant with a slightly more relaxed vibe, then Sixty Bistro, our hotel bistro, is just the ticket. Open to non-residents too; Sixty is open from 5pm to 9pm with a range of evening menu choices. This casual dining experience is a firm favourite with locals and hotel guests alike.
Our Sixty Bistro menu includes vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options, and we're happy to cater to other diets as required.
